I'm an electricien near Paris and it's very usefull to have a website now even for a small business like me. Carole created our website and advertised my business on the web (google map, yahoo... ). My customers like to go on my website because it looks more professional to have one, and they can get informations that they need. Carole also created everything I need in communication and marketing : a logo, tshirt, business cards. Moreover I did have to give one leg to get all these communication skills.
